"we've had criminal sexual penetration arrests, we've had armed robbery, aggravated battery, a lot of domestic violence warrants." POLICE chief ray schultz says they've heard all types of excuses from those they've made contact with. "there's tens of thousands of warrants in bernalillo county and a lot of people especially the more minor warrants tell us, you know what, i forgot about it or i didn't have the time to go down and pay the fees."
